Observation

Licensor observed the gate from the licenced outdoor play are to unlicensed space (an emrgency exit) was not equiped with a working self-closing and self-latching mechansim. Licensor observed the outdoor play space did not contain equipment to promote moderate and vigorous physical activity. Licensor observed the outdoor play area was not enclosed with a fence or barrier to prevent children from exiting. Licensor observed the yard is not enclosed to deter people without permission from entering the area.
